Welcome to Stylez by Hazel K. I’m Kia licensed Cosmetologist located in Raleigh/ Wake Forest area. I specialize in Traditional and Micro locs with a focus on healthy hair. I believe your hair journey should be more than how you look when you leave the salon. It’s also about understanding your hair, learning how to care for it and feeling confident in your progress. At Stylez by Hazel K , my goal is to provide more than a hair service. I want you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Whether we’re working towards a goal, maintaining your progress, sharing a few laughs, or simply enjoying a quiet moment, I want your time in my chair to be an experience you look forward to. From Micro Loc installations to silk presses and natural styling, every service includes steam treatment and trim to ensure your hair receives intentional care. Booking Policy & Procedures. 1. Booking Appointments. All NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO. This allows me to assess your hair, discuss goals, determine your needs and recommend services before moving forward. 2.Cancellation, Rescheduling & No shows I understand that unexpected situations can arise. But please communicate with me early if possible if anything needs to be changed. We are asking that clients provide at least 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Booking fees can be transferred with the first reschedule. After the first reschedule your booking fee is forfeited. All same day cancellations or same day rescheduling will be charged 50% and booking fee is forfeited. 3.Late Arrivals We ask that all clients arrive on time to their appointment. There is a 10 min grace period with a $15late fee. Arrivals beyond the 10 min grace period may affect the service being completed. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 4. Guest & Children To maintain a comfortable ,professional environment we do ask that no additional guests be permitted unless approved before hand . 5.After -Hours Appointments. Appointments scheduled Sunday -Tuesday may be subject to an additional fee of $50-100 all fees will be confirmed at booking. Install services All micro loc installs will require a deposit up front at the time of booking the appointment and the remaining balance must be paid at the start of install. At this time your remaining balance can be paid by Zelle,Apple Pay or Cash until further notice. 6. Communication & Response times Please allow me 24-48 business hours for a response to messages , inquiries and booking questions. I value your time and do ask the same in return. Last but not least If you are not feeling well please stay home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment to a day you are feeling better and the deposit will transfer over. We ask that you read everything in full to make sure you book the correct service.

Cancellation Policy
There is 50%cancellation fee applied to all no shows or cancellations not done within the 24hr window of the scheduled appointment.
