Each appointment is designed to provide a calm, professional experience while prioritizing the health and longevity of your hair. From Micro Loc installations to silk presses and natural styling, every service includes steam treatment and trim to ensure your hair receives intentional care. This is more than an appointment. This is an experience. Appointment Confirmation All appointments require a non refundable booking / deposit fee at the time of booking. If the booking /deposit fee is not paid your appointment is not confirmed. Cancellation & Rescheduling We are asking that clients provide at least 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Deposits/ booking fees can be transferred with the first reschedule. After the first reschedule your booking fee/ deposit is forfeited. All same day cancellations or same day rescheduling will be charged 50% Late Arrivals We ask that all clients arrive on time to their appointment. There is a 10 min grace period with a late fee After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled along with a 50%No show/cancellation fee. Install services All micro loc installs will require a deposit up front at the time of booking the appointment and the remaining balance must be paid at the start of install. At this time your remaining balance can be paid by Zelle,Apple Pay or Cash until further notice. If you are not feeling well please stay home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment to a day you are feeling better and the deposit will transfer over. We ask that you read everything in full to make sure you book the correct service.
